After School CARE Program
2024-2025
Our goal is to develop happy well-rounded and physically fit children. We are a free-to-come and-go facility. Students are accepted throughout the year provided room is available. You can pick up your child/children as early as 3:30 p.m. or as late as 6:00 p.m. each day ages 4-12.*
*Pre-K Students must be at least 4 years old. Student’s must also be able to ride in a booster seat (no carseats).
Program Information
Open to Ages 4-12 (Participants must be 100% potty-trained and must not need help in/with the bathroom).

Fees and Pricing
REGISTRATION FEE:
Per Participant - $63.00 *Non-Refundable/Transferable
This fee is for the After School CARE Program only and is not the same registration fee paid for gymnastics/tumbling classes (if applicable).

2 days $72 per week
1 day $72 per week
PAYMENTS:
All payments are deducted via ACH or a card on file and will be charged the Monday of the week of service. Magnitude requires a guarantee form of payment to be left on file at all times. If your card is declined, or your payment is not received on time, an extra charge of $20 will apply. You are responsible to inform us by 1:00 p.m. (each day) if your child is absent from school and will not need to be picked up. If we are not informed, you will be charged an additional $25.
Policies
HALF DAY POLICY:
We do pick up on half days of school for an additional $20 per day.
ABSENTEE POLICY:
If your child is absent on a regularly scheduled pick up day and we are open, you will still be charged for that day. We staff in advance according to how many children are enrolled in our program; not on how many students are in attendance each day.
SCHOOL CLOSING POLICY:
If/when schools are closed due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, weekly ASC fees are non-refundable or transferable. The fee secures your enrollment in the program.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A One Week notice is required in the event you wish to cancel your spot in the ASC program
