General

Only registered students are allowed in the gym area and must be WITH a coach or staff member at all times. 

  • Parents and siblings may observe from the lobby area only. Parent-Coach conferences are welcomed and can be scheduled at the front desk.

  • Absolutely NO glass containers are allowed in any part of the building.

  • Students should wear appropriate gym attire (leotards, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, no zippers, no tights, no socks, no clothing with strings) and jewelry should be removed.

  • All children in the lobby must be supervised by an adult at all times. (It is the responsibility of said adult(s), not of any staff member, to supervise, watch and control their child or children in the lobby AT ALL TIMES. 

  • Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and siblings/students/parent(s) will be asked to leave the lobby area for the entire class time).

Tuition Payments

Students will not be allowed to participate in class if tuition is not paid by 10th of the month.

    • Students who do not attend the first week of class (and have not paid that respective month's tuition) will be considered 'dropped' from the class unless prior arrangements have been made with the gym. You will be responsible for that month's tuition if it has not been paid for the respective month; however, your child will not have a spot in the class unless there is a spot available.

    • Tuition is due each month (even if a month contains a day which class is not being held) & is not pro-rated for planned closings. During the course of a year, the amount of class days even out to four (4) classes per month for a total of 48 paid classes.

    • Enrollment is not based on a month-to-month basis & does not guarantee a spot is automatically held for your child; tuition must be paid each month to ensure a spot is held.

We may offer special tuition discounts for multiple family sign-ups.

    • Tuition is not pro-rated for holidays and planned gym closings. *Each class schedule is based on a yearly calendar, which includes all months of the year. Any class day which has less than 48 classes during the calendar year, will be pro-rated for that respective month.

    • Any class which fails to reach at least 50% enrollment within the first thirty (30) days (of the class being held) will be cancelled and students will be enrolled in the same type of class at a different class time or day (if applicable).

A $40.00 processing fee will be charged on all returned checks. We accept cash, check or debit & credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, PayPal, and VenMO for all tuition payments.  

Cancellation Policy

In order to drop from our program, you must provide written notice, at the end of the last month in which your child will be attending. (Example: if you wish to end your enrollment FOR the month of June, you must submit your request PRIOR to the start of the month of June - not after the month has already started). We will consider your child enrolled in the class and you will be responsible for the tuition charges until written notice is received. Tuition is not pro-rated for the month you submit notice (submissions are for full month only).

Registration Fee

Each participant in any Magnitude program is required to pay an annual $63* registration fee. The fee is non-refundable, due at the time of sign-up and valid for the subsequent 12-month period. This fee must be renewed during your sign­ up month (i.e. if you sign up in March, your registration fee is due with your tuition payment each March). Team programs have a different registration fee amount.

Private Lessons - ‘Magnifications’

Private lessons are available to any student who is currently enrolled in at least one (1) weekly class. Please contact the gym for rates & procedures. Private lessons are available only to current members of the gym. We are not able to offer private lessons to non-gym members.

Class Make-Up

Make-up classes are not offered for classes missed unless classes are missed due to the gym closing on account of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances. The make-up class will be held within one (1) month of the missed class. We do not offer a tuition discount or pro-rate tuition for any time the gym is closed due to the weather.

Every Parent and Guardian specifically agrees to the terms and conditions of the document entitled, ACCEPTANCE OF RISK AND AGREEMENT OF WAIVER, a copy of which is attached hereto.

Magnitude reserves the right to change any policy or procedure at any time without notice even after a dispute or event has arisen.
